Oxland’s investment approach is anchored by deep market knowledge, expedient decision making, and readily available capital enabling swift closing transactions. Our company is funded by JEN Partners, LLC, a New York based private equity firm whose primary investment platform is residential real estate. Oxland makes real estate investments throughout Texas, providing project-level acquisition and development capital for both national and local partners including asset and note purchases, joint ventures, and land banking. We invest in finished lots, partially completed lots, entitled land, raw land, and other real estate assets. Our target investments range from $5MM to $100MM+ with a target hold period of three to ten years.
