Oxland hosted the first-ever "Goatbreaking" ceremony for Two Step Farm, in Montgomery County, Texas, the birthplace of the Texas flag. Houston Business Journal recently announced that Oxland’s Two Step Farm community is a finalist for Best Real Estate Deal. A deal 15 years in the making, the critical new bridge and roadway to the community will provide reliable egress to residents of 8,200 acres that for decades have regularly been cut off during flood events.
